Day1

Arrive Edinburgh, Gateway to Scotland

Arrive Edinburgh and check into the hotel. Later head for the Old Town's Royal Mile, stretching from one of the city's major sights, Edinburgh Castle, to the Palace of Holyrood house. After Holyrood Palace, your driver will also take you on a panoramic tour of the other surrounding hotspots of Edinburgh including the new Scottish Parliament building, National Gallery of Scotland, National Museum of Scotland, Royal Botanical Garden (optional - guests have an option of visiting Royal Yacht Britannia for an additional £ 13.00 pp, to be paid at the site if required). Visit the UK's no.1 attraction (TripAdvisor). The Royal Yacht Britannia was home to Her Majesty The Queen and the Royal Family for over 40 years, sailing over 1,000,000 miles around the world) Car at disposal for 8 hours this day. After this guests can enjoy the city at leisure on foot, head down into the New Town for a walk and some shopping along the fabled Princes Street. In the evening, drop into an Edinburgh pub for a pint or a wee dram -- and for a sample of some local life. Edinburgh

Private Tour of St. Andrews and the fishing villages of Fife plus Scottish Evening show with dinner and ½ bottle of wine per person. After breakfast, your chauffeur will pick up from your hotel and will take you on a full-day tour to St. Andrews (the home of golf and the place where Prince William and Kate studied) and the fishing villages of Fife. Return back to Edinburgh late afternoon and walk around the cobbled street of Edinburgh. In the evening, dress up and your chauffeur will pick you up and take you or a very special Scottish evening experience at one of the most luxurious hotels in town. Edinburgh Glasgow Loch Lomond (Approx. Distance : 85 miles / 02 hrs . 15 mins)

Post breakfast drive down to Glasgow. On arrival take a leisurely stroll around Kelvin grove Park admiring its Victorian style, complete with a bandstand and amphitheater. Next, take a short walk down one of Glasgow’s famous shopping streets, Sauchiehall Street, where you can indulge in some retail therapy and arrive at Saint Judes on Bath Street for an afternoon tea (not included- can be paid on the day) with a twist. Relax and indulge in a cake stand full of finger sandwiches and sweet treats accompanied by your choice of unique tea time martinis all served in the Intoxicating Tearooms. Continue to explore Glasgow’s culture and follow the city’s brilliant Rennie Mackintosh attraction trail which features 12 locations where the architect’s best work can be found. One of the route’s highlights is the beautiful House for an Art Lover which was designed by Mackintosh and is one of Glasgow, most distinctive and popular wedding venues. We then head to the luxurious Cameron House hotel. Loch Lomond area, cruise on Loch Katrine and the National Trossachs Park

Post breakfast, guests have the option of relaxing at the hotel and soaking in the atmosphere, alternatively, they can take the 40-minute seal plane from the hotel itself (not included- £ 87.00 pp) providing them glimpses of the Loch Lomond area. Departing from the five star Cameron House Hotel on Loch Lomond this simply sensational 40-minute champagne experience in the First Class seat of a luxury, iconic seaplane covers approximately 70 miles of the Loch Lomond & Trossachs National Park and the magnificent landscape of Scotland's stunning West Coast Highlands. After lunch, take a scenic drive through Loch Lomond & The Trossachs National Park, Scotland. first National Park, to the beautiful Loch Katrine. It lies about an hour’s drive away from Cameron House but there are many places to stop off at along the way, including the stunning Queen Elizabeth Forest Park with its secluded woodland walks. When you reach Loch Katrine, you are guaranteed to fall in love with the landscape just as many have before. The loch inspired Sir Walter Scott’s famous poem The Lady of the Lake. Enjoy a romantic sail aboard on one of the loch’s steamships, such as the aptly-named Sir Walter Scott and Lady of the Lake, across the peaceful water. Day5

Loch Lomond, Fort William and the Jacobite SteamTrain (Appx Distance : 100 miles / 02 hrs . 30 mins)

This morning after breakfast, we will arrange your transfer to Fort William. Upon check-in, you can drop your bags at the hotel, have lunch and then your chauffeur will transfer you to the Jacobite Steam Train, regarded as one of the Great Railway Journeys of the World, from Fort William to Mallaig. Your 84-mile round trip will take you past a list of impressive extremes - Britain's highest mountain, deepest loch, shortest river and most westerly train station. The train stops at the village of Glenfinnan and crosses the world-famous Glenfinnan Viaduct with its stunning views down Loch Shiel. Beyond are the villages of Lochailort, Arisaig, Morar and Mallaig. On a clear summer's day from Arisaig, you can see the "Small Isles" of Rum, Eigg, Muck, Canna and the southern tip of Skye. From there the train passes Morar and the silvery beaches used in the films "Highlander" and "Local Hero". The final destination is Mallaig, which is also a thriving fishing community. There is plenty to see and do while in the village and you will have plenty of time to explore before the return journey to FortWilliam.  Your chauffeur will pick you up from the station and drop you to your hotel (note, the car will not be on disposal this day, there will be point to point transfers) Overnight Fort William

Post breakfast travel to Inverness, known as the 'Highland Capital, it still retains it's market town feel to it, dating back to its early development. Today tourism is a very important part of the economy. Inverness Things to do include just a short drive to the world-famous Loch Ness and its monster. There are also some fabulous local castles and heritage all within an easy drive of the capital. Inverness is the main administrative center for the Highland region of Scotland. Guests can stop en-route for photo ops as well. After lunch and check-in, the driver will take you through a 1.5 hour panoramic tour of Inverness Overnight - Inverness

Isle of Skye tour

Today take a tour to Isle of Skye. Your day starts with a bit of monster spotting as you drive along the shore of Loch Ness. You'll then stop close to the loch at the little village of Invermoriston, where you can take in the views and see a delightful ruined bridge which was designed by Thomas Telford, the engineer behind the Caledonian Canal. Your journey then winds through pretty Glen Moriston and Glen Shiel and on past the Five Sisters, a stunning range of mountains that dominates the surrounding landscape. You'll then make a stop so that you can see Eilean Donan Castle. This is one of Scotland's most picturesque castles and is perched on its own island at the head of Loch Dutch. Next you'll cross over the bridge to Skye and head for Broadford, where there'll be a stop for lunch. Your tour of this magical island takes in the stunningly beautiful road through Glen Scandal. You'll also see the iconic Red Cuillin Hills and, as you reach the little village of Torrin, you'll be able to enjoy views of Bla Bhein (Blanven) - considered by many to be Scotland's prettiest mountain. The road then drops to hug the banks of Loch Slappin where you'll be able to stop and enjoy some beach combing. The next part of your journey involves a steep climb over Strathaird to reach the little community of Elgol. Here you'll have an extended stop and be able to enjoy the superb views of the Black Cuillin Hills and the stunning seascapes towards Rum and other small isles. Your journey then heads back to the mainland past the little island of Eilean Ban, where Gavin Maxwell, the author of the "Ring of Bright Water", lived for a while. You'll stop at the lonely village of Applecross and then be driven home via the scenic Black Isle. Finally, there are fabulous views over the Moray Firth to savor as you reach Inverness by way of the Kessock Bridge. Overnight - Inverness

PAYMENTS

All payments towards the tour cost must be made by the client to the company in accordance with the procedure and time frame mentioned herein below. All payments made within 10 days prior to the tour departure date will have to be paid in cash / Demand Draft. Customer PAN number is mandatory for all transactions. Payments made towards the foreign exchange component of your tour will be calculated as per the ROE (rate of exchange) of that given day.

IMPORTANT NOTES :

Kindly Read Carefully below Important Notes :

1. MEALS :

There will be American or continental breakfast serve at the hotel and ATPL cannot make any changes in the spread served. Lunch/dinner wherever provided on tour is on pre-set menus by the restaurants. The meal type selected by the passenger such as Jain / Veg /Non-Veg is subject to availability at restaurants or airlines. If Meals are missed out by passenger due to late or non-arrival on given time or mentioned restaurant there will be no refund/compensation for the same.

2. VEHICLES / SEATING ARRANGEMENT: In case of coach breakdown, ATPL will make every efforts to fix the problem but please note there will be no refund or monetary compensation for inconvenience cause or any missed portion of the itinerary, it is advisable not to leave your belongings behind at the time of disembarking/leaving the coach. ATPL will not be responsible or liable in case of loss of such items from the coach. All baggage and valuables or your passport in all circumstances will be the responsibility of the passenger. On tours, coach or vehicle used for transfer purposes including local sightseeing. There is no specific seat allocation and will be on first cum first serve basis. If Flight / Cruise / Coach Transfers / Sight scene missed out due to weather conditions/traffic jam / Security Check in or any unavoidable circumstances, ATPL will not be responsible for the same.

3.VISA: Passenger should hold valid travel documents, Passport and visas during tour. It will be the passenger's responsibility to provide a complete set of documents for the visa required by the embassy/consulate before 1 month from departure date or as advised by the Company. In case of the visa application made by passenger or by the Company on his/her behalf is rejected by the consulate due to inadequate supporting documents or late submission of document or for whatever reason where the visa could not be processed ATPL will not be responsible for the visas & Visa fees and tour booking amount will be non-refundable. Due to any clerical error regarding name, attachment of wrong photograph, duration and type of visa (single/multiple entry) occurring on passport, refusal of visas on arrival or delays in visa procedure ATPL will not liable for any compensation. Passport is required to be courier to different cities for visas, Company would forward them by reputed courier. In case of any transmission delays or loss of passport arising in such transmission Company would not be responsible to compensate the same.

4. AIRLINES: ATPL does not reserve any rights for seat selection in airlines. The internal airline used for package are LCC, no food will be served on board. It allows 20 KG Check-in Luggage and 07 KG Cabin Luggage. Additional baggage weight charged will be borne by the passenger. In case of any circumstances, if Airlines get delay or cancel their flight or If guest/group miss further connection of flights during their connecting flight for the international sector ATPL will not be responsible due to any reason for the same.

5. HOTELS: If accommodation is not available in the mentioned hotel due to reason beyond our control. ATPL will make best efforts to shift passenger to a similar category hotel. No complaints or claims shall be made by the client in this respect. Also in case of the passenger are upgraded to a higher category room due to non-availability of STANDARD Room ATPL will not be liable to provide the same category room to other Guest.

6. During sight scene, the vehicle will go up to permissible point only. From that point, any arrangement to be made at extra cost have to be borne by passengers.

7. Check-in time is 14:00 Hrs. and Check out time is 12:00 Hrs. and guest have to pay one-night additional charge for early check-in or late checkout.

8. Tour will be followed by itinerary and timing strictly. ATPL Tour Manager has the right to change the itinerary on the tours with the concern of the Head office due to unavoidable circumstances. Tour itinerary cannot be changed as per the passenger convenience.

9. In case of any Deportation / Arrest / Due to Immigration and Custom Clearance ATPL will not be legally responsible for any claim. There will be no refund for the tour package.

10. Optional sight scene have to be booked in advance paying an additional cost. There will be no refund / no change against the same.

11. Service will be given in exchange for Original Vouchers/itinerary only.

12. Akshar Travels will not be responsible for any kind of services & compensation in case of Death, accident, injury or any loss of baggage. All tourists advised to insure them-self by International Tourist Insurance or Mediclaim for any emergency during foreign Tour.

13. All Tourists are requested to check, watch & confirm Airlines Schedule Departure Time. In case of re-scheduling or cancellation of airlines/flight, if have any query requested to contact concern airlines.  

14. There is no refund for any unutilized services.

15. Passengers traveling on international tour must reach the airport at least 3 hours before the departure time.

16. Please read all the general Terms and Conditions and Cancellation Policy before book your tour/package.

17. For Children Travelling Without Parents Under Age Of 18 Years Need To Provide Noc Affidavit On Twenty Rupees Stamp Paper.

18. If a guest who has booked a group tour wishes to deviate from the tour schedule before or after the tour, she/he can do so by paying an additional cost.

19. For Individual Bookings, Guests on an Indian Tour can co-ordinate with the driver of the car/coach. Guests on a World tour can co-ordinate with ground handling agents to plan the next day's visit and sightseeing program. The car/coach has specific time limits within which it operates coach.
